The glamor was turned up in Las Vegas Friday night, January 25, as Genesis Credit® participated in Ashley’s 75th Anniversary celebration at Encore’s XS Nightclub. As just one of two Diamond Sponsors, Genesis hosted a cigar rolling station—where fragrant tobacco was bunched, rolled and trimmed by highly skilled artisans, called torcedores.

”It was great to see so many attendees enjoying our unique offering,” said Mark Denman, President of Genesis Credit®. “There is long history of cigar rolling in the Ybor District of Tampa, where Ashley headquarters are---clever gifts like this fit for a truly once-in-a-lifetime celebration like this one.”

Food, drink, music, and all varieties of entertainment continued throughout the extravagant evening. There were performers on stages and stilts, at tables and mixing with guests. Even the pool presented an opportunity to delight, with performers floating inside translucent orbs.

“It was an honor to be part of such a momentous occasion and to celebrate the success of an iconic brand like Ashley Furniture. 75 years is a true testament to what Ron and Todd Wanek have built and continue to expand upon,” said Denman.

In addition to the Ashley 75th evening gala, the Genesis Credit® team took the opportunity during both days of Ashley Market to meet with many of their licensees and discuss new partnerships. Everything concluded with the traditional exhibitor drawing. The Genesis winner was AHS licensee Diep Do. As owner of Co-Bend LLC, Do is already a Genesis Credit® partner. “It is always great to give away prizes,” said Client Success Manager Jesseca Turner. “And getting the opportunity to hear all the terrific things Diep had to say about the Genesis program made it just that much nicer.”

Denman agreed. “At Genesis, our customers and our partnerships are more than just numbers to us,” he said. “We seize opportunities to meet our partners where they are and to celebrate their milestones.”
