Reward Points Terms & Conditions
This information is provided by Stride Bank, N.A. (“we”), the issuer of your Concora Credit Mastercard.
This Reward Points Addendum (“Addendum”) explains how you can earn and use Reward Points with your Concora Credit Mastercard (“Account”). This is a separate and independent agreement from your Cardholder Agreement; however, it is subject to the Arbitration of Disputes section of your Cardholder Agreement. When you use your Account or Card, it means you accept the terms and conditions.
The words “Account”, “Billing Cycle, “Card”, “Cash Advance”, “Purchase” and “Statement” have the same meaning as in your Cardholder Agreement.
1. How You Earn Reward Points
You can earn Reward Points in two ways:
- Purchases: You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Eligible Purchases.
- Payments: You earn 1 point for every $1 in Qualifying Payments.
Eligible Purchase and Qualifying Payment amounts are rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Amounts ending in $.01 - $.49 are rounded down and amounts ending in $.50 - $.99 are rounded up.
Points are calculated and added at the end of each Billing Cycle.
You do not earn points on Cash Advances, interest, fees, or returned or adjusted transactions.
2. What Is an Eligible Purchase
An Eligible Purchase is a Purchase of goods or services made using your Account. You earn Reward Points only on the final amount you are charged. If a Purchase is returned, refunded, or changed, your Reward Points may be reduced or removed. Some transactions may not count as Purchases based on network rules.
You will not earn Reward Points on Cash Advances.
3. What Is a Qualifying Payment
A Qualifying Payment is a payment that is received and applied to your Account and clears in good funds. If a payment is later reversed because it did not clear in good funds, the associated Reward Points may also be reversed.
You will not earn Reward Points on returned or rejected payments, payments that do not clear in good funds, adjustments or credits, or payments made using Rewards Points.
4. Points Value and Minimum Redemption
Each point is worth $0.01. You can redeem points in 2,000-point increments.
- Example: 2,000 points = $20 statement credit.
5. How Reward Points Are Applied
When you redeem Reward Points:
- They are first applied to your Monthly Minimum Payment due, if any; and then
- Any remaining value is applied as a statement credit to reduce your balance.
If no Monthly Minimum Payment amount is due, the full statement credit value will be applied to your balance.
Statement credits are applied based on standard payment allocation rules in your Cardholder Agreement.
6. How to Redeem Reward Points
You may redeem your points online, through the mobile app; or by calling customer service.
Redemption requests received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be applied effective the same day. Redemption requests received at or after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be applied effective the next day.
7. Limits on Earning and Balance
Your Account is subject to these limits:
- You can earn up to 20,000 points per calendar year.
- You can hold up to 20,000 points at one time.
If you reach either limit, you will not earn more points until you redeem your Reward Points or the annual earning period resets.
8. Viewing Your Points
You can see your Reward Points balance online, or in the mobile app. Reward Points are updated at the close of each Billing Cycle and may change due to activity, redemptions, or adjustments.
9. Adjustments and Negative Balances
If a purchase or payment is reversed, the Reward Points you earned may be removed. If you already used those points, your Reward Points balance may go negative and future Reward Points will first be used to bring your Reward Points balance back to zero.
10. Loss of Reward Points (Forfeiture)
You will lose all unused Reward Points if your Account is 31 or more days past due at the close of a Billing Cycle.
11. Important Program Terms
Reward Points are not your property and have no cash value. We may add, change, or end the Reward Points program at any time, as allowed by law. We may also delay or adjust your Reward Points if there is an error or a transaction is reversed. Points may not be transferred to another person or account.
If we suspect there has been misuse, abuse or fraud related to your Account or Reward Points, the following may occur: (i) redeemed Reward Points may be reversed, including statement credits; (ii) your Account balance may increase as a result of the reversal; (iii) your Reward Points balance may go negative as a result of the reversal and future Reward Points will first be used to bring your Reward Points balance back to zero; and (iv) we may limit, suspend, or end your ability to earn or redeem Reward Points.
